Pat the pork chops loose with the back of a knife

Marinate with cooking wine, salt, pepper and chili powder for 30 minutes

Coat with flour, egg white mixture and bread crumbs in turn

Fry in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides

Remove and cut into pieces, drizzle with tomato sauce for better taste
